Construction of a Prefabricated Modular Building for a Thermal Disinfection and Decontamination Station for Pathogenicity Groups III–IV Effluents

On October 14, the INEX Group (Project Consult LLC) engineering team conducted a comprehensive site mission to the Dubna Technical Cluster. The visit marked the official launch of a project to design and modernize a production building for Agrokhim, specifically for the manufacturing of pharmaceutical components used in veterinary medicine.

The primary goal of the mission was to assess the existing infrastructure’s capacity for reconstruction and technical modernization to meet sophisticated pharmaceutical production standards.

Site Audit & Infrastructure Assessment: INEX specialists performed a deep-dive survey of the current research and production facility, which previously focused on advanced technologies and printed circuit board prototyping. The audit covered all critical zones, including:

• Production Areas: Evaluation of existing floor plans for conversion into "Clean Zones."

• Laboratory Complexes: Assessment of specialized spaces for quality control and R&D.

• Technical Utilities: Detailed inspection of the water treatment unit, HVAC chambers (PVK), compressor rooms, and the main electrical switchboard.

• Administrative & Support Buildings: Inspection of the administrative complex (ABK) for functional integration.

From Prototyping to Pharmaceuticals: Building on the results of the site survey and the newly defined technical assignment from the Client, INEX has officially commenced the design phase. The challenge lies in re-engineering a facility originally designed for electronics prototyping into a sterile environment compliant with the rigorous demands of veterinary pharmaceutical manufacturing.
