High-quality, durable, easy-to-install and maintain wall partition panels manufactured by INEX meet strict GMP standards, as well as all the requirements of the international standard GOST R ISO 14644-4-2002 "Design, construction and commissioning" (international standard ISO 14644 ), and in some cases, depending on the purpose of the wall panels, it is possible to pass certification according to other international and national standards: ISO 846, ISO 2812-1, ISO 16000-9, GOST R 52249-2009.
INEX manufactures and supplies:
1. Wall partition panels
Wall partitions for clean rooms supplied by INEX have high fire performance (fire resistance limit 60 minutes - for sandwich panels and fire partitions). They are hermetically sealed, have heat and sound insulating properties, are hygienic and can be easily installed with all cleanroom structures, since they are designed as modular. Wall partitions have ready-made channels for laying utility lines, integration of window blocks, doorways and other accessories for an individual project is provided. The finished wall structure is a single smooth surface for high cleaning and disinfection efficiency. Our own production provides a high level of quality control at an affordable price.
INEX manufactures three types of cleanroom wall panels:
- Sandwich panels, consisting of sheets of painted galvanized steel, between which there is a thermal insulation material (mineral wool). The panel is a sandwich made of high-quality galvanized steel with a polymer coating of European production, filled with mineral wool or polyisocyanurate foam (PIR). Standard installation width 1190 mm, height up to 12 m, thickness: 50,80,100 mm. The panels are not profiled (smooth surface). Fire resistance at least 45 minutes (mineral wool filler). Being self-supporting structures, sandwich panels do not require the construction of an additional load-bearing frame.
- Fireproof partitions made of gypsum-metal sheets based on galvanized steel, between which there are gypsum board sheets, mineral wool and rack profiles (pipes);
- GML partitions - from gypsum-metal sheets based on galvanized steel and rack-mount profiles (pipes). Mounting width 1190 mm, height up to 3000 mm, thickness 13 mm, do not have profiling, fire resistance at least 20 minutes.
2. Cladding panels
Another type of product manufactured by INEX is gypsum cladding panels for covering wall surfaces - envelopes for clean rooms that are resistant to various types of contamination (chemical, mineral) and simplify surface cleaning.
INEX offers wall cladding panels for clean rooms of the following types:
- FS WT1200FS and WT900FS (ГМЛ FS) made of 0.5 mm thick polymer coated metal sheet and gypsum board with a reinforced frame made of 1 mm thick galvanized steel.
- ER (WT900ER) made of 0.7 mm thick polyester powder coated sheet metal and moisture resistant plasterboard with reinforced 1 mm galvanized steel frame.
Complete with cladding panels, framing elements are produced - rounding profiles for clean rooms to ensure easy cleaning and disinfection.
