Wall Panels

High-quality, durable, easy-to-install, and maintainable wall partition panels produced by INEX meet strict GMP standards as well as all requirements of the international standard GOST R ISO 14644-4-2002 "Design, Construction, and Start-up" (International Standard ISO 14644). In specific cases, depending on the intended use of the wall panels, certification is possible according to other international and national standards: ISO 846, ISO 2812-1, ISO 16000-9, and GOST R 52249-2009.

INEX manufactures and supplies:

1. Wall Partition Panels

Wall partition panels for cleanrooms supplied by INEX feature high fire-resistance characteristics (fire resistance rating of 60 minutes for sandwich panels and fire-rated partitions). They are airtight, possess thermal and acoustic insulation properties, are hygienic, and are easily integrated with all cleanroom structures due to their modular design. Wall partitions come with pre-fabricated channels for routing engineering utilities, and provision is made for integrating window units, door openings, and other components for individual projects. The finished wall structure presents a single smooth surface, ensuring high efficiency for cleaning and disinfection. In-house production ensures a high level of quality control at an affordable price.

INEX produces three types of wall partition panels for cleanrooms:

• Sandwich Panels: These consist of sheets of painted galvanized steel with thermal insulation material (mineral wool) in between. The panel is a "sandwich" made of high-quality galvanized steel with a European-made polymer coating, filled with mineral wool or polyisocyanurate (PIR). The standard mounting width is 1190 mm, height up to 12 m, and thickness options are 50, 80, or 100 mm. The panels feature a completely smooth surface (no profiling). The fire resistance rating is at least 45 minutes (with mineral wool filler). Being self-supporting structures, sandwich panels do not require the construction of an additional load-bearing frame.

• Fire-Rated Partitions: These are made of gypsum-metal sheets (GML) based on galvanized steel, with gypsum plasterboard (GKB), mineral wool, and stud profiles (tubes) inside.

• GML Partitions: Made from gypsum-metal sheets based on galvanized steel and stud profiles (tubes). Mounting width is 1190 mm, height up to 3000 mm, and thickness is 13 mm. They feature a smooth surface and a fire resistance rating of at least 20 minutes.

2. Cladding Panels

Another type of product manufactured by INEX is gypsum-metal cladding panels for wall surfaces. These are enclosure structures for cleanrooms resistant to various types of contamination (chemical, mineral) that simplify surface cleaning.

INEX offers the following types of wall cladding panels for cleanrooms:

• FS (WT1200FS and WT900FS): Comprised of a 0.5 mm thick metal sheet with a polymer coating and gypsum board with a reinforced 1 mm thick galvanized steel frame.

• ER (WT900ER): Comprised of a 0.7 mm thick metal sheet with a polyester powder coating and moisture-resistant gypsum board with a reinforced 1 mm thick galvanized steel frame.

Complete with the cladding panels, framing elements—specifically coving profiles for cleanrooms—are produced to ensure easy cleaning and disinfection.
