Filter ventilation modules (FVM) are an element of the ventilation system of a clean room. Serves to supply highly purified air and create a unidirectional uniform (laminar) air flow into a clean room through a fine filter (HEPA 10 - HEPA 14), optionally, with preliminary additional cooling or heating of air, possibly with additional pre-filtration class G4. FVM is required to create a cleanliness class of 6 ISO and higher.

In accordance with the needs of the customer, the FVM housing can be made both traditionally, from cold-rolled galvanized steel with a polymer coating, and in case of special requirements for increasing corrosion resistance - from stainless steel or aluminum, and also equipped with a special device for controlling the pressure drop across the filters ... The filter installed in the units as a pre-filter has a cleaning class EU4. In addition to prefilters designed to trap mechanical and aerosol contaminants, it is possible to install sorption prefilters to trap molecular contaminants.
