Ceiling

INEX manufactures ceiling systems for cleanrooms that fully comply with the elevated hygienic and operational requirements of modern GMP standards and the ISO 14644-1 regulatory act. Designed as part of a next-generation unified cleanroom construction system, these ceilings are easy to install and provide total hermetic sealing.

All components of the ceiling systems produced by INEX are resistant to various disinfectants, cleaning solutions, and ultraviolet (UV) radiation. They are durable, reliable for supporting fire safety and ventilation systems, and designed specifically to prevent the accumulation of dust particles. The modular principle of all constructions allows for the quick and easy replacement of communication elements and utilities.

Types of Cleanroom Ceilings Offered by INEX

  • CLIP-IN Cassette Ceiling (Lightweight): A hermetic ceiling system featuring cassettes made of galvanized or stainless steel with an antibacterial coating. This coating effectively blocks the spread of bacteria, microbes, mold, and fungi. For large-scale facilities, a reinforced version of the CLIP-IN suspended ceiling is available.

  • Hermetic Suspended Ceiling (Heavy-duty): Constructed from aluminum T-profiles and mineral wool sandwich panels with a thickness of 50 mm. This system is designed to handle significant mechanical loads and provide superior thermal and acoustic insulation.

Integration and Technological Equipment

The ceiling design allows for the seamless integration of essential cleanroom components. During the project coordination stage, the following elements can be specified and perfectly flush-mounted:

  • Air Distributors: Equipped with HEPA or ULPA filters for high-efficiency air purification.

  • Fan Filter Units (FFU): Autonomous modules for localized air filtration.

  • Inspection Hatches: Providing easy access to the interstitial space for maintenance of engineering systems.

  • LED Luminaires: Specialized cleanroom lighting of any size and from any manufacturer, ensuring shadow-free illumination.

The modular nature of these systems ensures that the ceiling remains a functional part of the cleanroom infrastructure, capable of adapting to future technological upgrades or changes in facility layout.
