Ventilation sealed valves (SVG) are devices for monitoring and regulating air flow in ventilation systems. The design of such valves provides reliable protection against dust, insects or other contaminants entering the system.
The main area of application for KVG valves is clean rooms. The presence of a sealed valve in the supply or exhaust ventilation system, if necessary, allows you to turn off individual subsystems of the premises, and not the entire supply and exhaust ventilation of the facility.
KVG is used for air conditioning, heating and cooling, in industrial systems. But one of the main purposes is to prevent the spread of pathogens during an emergency in laboratories working with pathogenicity groups I-II, III-IV.
KVG can be installed at the input and output of the system, as well as on individual elements, for example, on exhaust fans or filters.
There are types of valves:
- with mechanical drive. This is the most common type and is manually operated. It has a lever to open and close and a drive mechanism to move it.
- with electric drive. This device uses an electric motor to control the opening and closing of the damper.
These devices are an integral part of any effective ventilation system for cleanrooms and pathogen-handling facilities, ensuring safe and trouble-free operation.
Controlled air flow valve (ACVR) is a device that regulates air flow in ventilation and air conditioning systems. It is designed to control the pressure and volume of air supplied to the system in order to achieve an optimal microclimate in the room.
The operating principle of the air pressure control valve is based on maintaining a given air flow rate in the ventilation duct. The valve flap responds to changes in differential pressure. As the pressure drop increases, the damper tends to close the valve, maintaining the set air flow.
