Doors for Cleanrooms
INEX doors are an integrated element of the enclosure system for cleanrooms of classes A–D. Their designs are developed considering strict requirements for safety, hygiene, and reliability established by industry regulations. In its activities, the company adheres to the following standards and regulations:
-
GOST R ISO 14644-4-2002 — establishes requirements for the design, construction, and commissioning of cleanrooms.
-
GOST R 52249-2009 (GMP) — regulates the production of medicinal products, including conditions that ensure contamination control and compliance with sanitary norms.
The doors provide the necessary airtightness of the perimeter and are resistant to UV radiation, disinfectants, and moisture. The door leaves are made of powder-coated metal, stainless steel, or HPL panels with a smooth, non-porous hygienic surface, which eliminates the accumulation of contaminants and ensures effective sanitization.

The structures are delivered ready for installation in partitions or load-bearing walls, with the possibility of integrating locks, access control systems (ACS), door closers, and vision panels. The airtight seal is ensured by magnetic gaskets along the perimeter of the leaf, and the hardware is made of stainless steel. Doors are adapted to individual project requirements regarding dimensions, structural design, color solutions, and protection parameters. They can be equipped with automated or mechanical control for pharmaceutical production facilities, laboratories, medical centers, and food industry enterprises.
