Customer: Federal State Budgetary Institution "ARRIAH"
On October 1, 2021, the project for the capital repair of the laboratory building ventilation systems at the Federal Centre for Animal Health (FGBU "ARRIAH") officially received a positive conclusion from the State Expertise of the Vladimir Region.
INEX served as the lead designer for this high-containment infrastructure, engineering cleanroom environments that meet both international GMP standards and the stringent federal biosafety requirements for handling Pathogenic Biological Agents (PBA) of Groups III-IV.
Technical Scope of the Approved Design: To secure this regulatory approval, INEX developed a comprehensive suite of engineering solutions for the facility (specifically within axes 8-16, A-Zh), including:
-
Advanced HVAC: High-precision ventilation and air conditioning systems.
-
Thermal Management: Heat and cold supply systems for air intake units.
-
Humidification & Power: Specialized moisture control and dedicated electrical supply for the air handling infrastructure.
-
Automation & Dispatching: A centralized automation and monitoring system for all supply and exhaust units, ensuring real-time oversight of laboratory environments.
A Partnership in Excellence: As a leading developer of veterinary vaccines and diagnostic kits with nearly 100 patents, ARRIAH maintains a rigorous policy regarding technical competence and professional responsibility. The successful passage of State Expertise validates INEX’s ability to meet the highest levels of qualification required by federal-level scientific institutions.
Current Status: With the design phase and expert review successfully concluded, INEX specialists are now transitioning to the implementation and installation phase of the project.
