Customer: Pharmaceutical enterprise "Veropharm"
INEX Group has officially begun the design and planning phase for the reconstruction of two critical facilities (Rooms No. 1 and No. 220) at the Veropharm (Abbott) pharmaceutical plant.
The pharmaceutical manufacturing cycle necessitates the creation of dedicated cleanrooms for Stability Testing. These artificially maintained environments allow researchers to gather essential data on how the quality of pharmaceutical substances and finished drugs changes over time when exposed to various environmental stressors. These studies are a mandatory requirement in pharmaceutical production, as they form the scientific basis for shelf-life determination and storage recommendations.
Project Scope and Engineering Disciplines: The project covers a full technological cycle, from initial blueprints to final commissioning. INEX is currently developing the following design sections:
-
TX (Technological Solutions): Workflow optimization for sample handling.
-
OV (HVAC): Precision climate control systems to maintain constant environmental parameters.
-
Automation: Integrated control systems for real-time monitoring and 24/7 data logging.
-
AS (Architectural & Structural): Specialized cleanroom wall and ceiling systems.
-
ES & VK: Electrical systems and water/sewerage infrastructure.
Current Status: Preliminary floor plans and a detailed project schedule—covering construction, logistics, and installation—have already been presented to the Client. The next phase will involve the transition from design documentation to the procurement of specialized equipment and on-site assembly.
