Customer: Pharmaceutical enterprise "Veropharm"
A major milestone has been reached in the partnership between INEX Group and the Veropharm (Abbott) pharmaceutical plant. The design phase for the reconstruction of specialized research areas (Rooms No. 1 and No. 220) is officially complete.
Stability testing environments are among the most technically demanding types of cleanrooms. They require ultra-precise, automated control over critical environmental parameters to determine how pharmaceutical products and substances react to external factors over time.
Comprehensive Engineering Scope: The finalized project documentation covers all critical engineering disciplines required for a modern pharmaceutical laboratory:
-
TX (Technological Solutions): Optimizing the workflow for drug substance and product research.
-
OV (HVAC): Specialized heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems designed to maintain strict temperature and humidity tolerances.
-
Automation: A comprehensive automated control system (ACS) specifically engineered to manage and record the critical research environment 24/7.
-
AS (Architectural & Structural): Precision layout and structural solutions to ensure airtight integrity and thermal insulation.
-
ES (Power & Lighting): Reliable power supply and specialized lighting systems for laboratory operations.
-
VK (Water & Sewerage): Integration of necessary plumbing and drainage systems for the research facility.
Collaborative Success & Next Steps: The success of this phase was driven by the close collaboration between INEX engineers and Veropharm’s technical specialists. This proactive coordination ensured that all proposed solutions were aligned with the facility's specific operational needs and regulatory requirements.
With the design documentation fully approved, installation and assembly works have already commenced on-site.
