The engineering department of INEX Group has completed the final refinement of the project and estimate documentation (PSD) for the Federal Centre for Animal Health (FGBU "ARRIAH"). This phase involved adapting the original design for the laboratory-vivarium building (No. 6, axes 1-13/A-B) to meet an updated technical assignment provided by the Client.
The project focuses on the total reconstruction of the first floor to house a specialized Aquaculture Disease Reference Laboratory integrated with a high-tech aquarium base.
Key Updates and Refinements:
-
Technical Re-alignment: All architectural and engineering solutions were updated to incorporate the revised requirements for aquatic life support systems and biosafety protocols.
-
Economic Recalculation: A full recalculation of the project’s budget estimates (Smeta) was conducted to reflect the current market costs of specialized materials and automated equipment.
-
Regulatory Compliance: The documentation has been meticulously audited to ensure it meets the strict entry requirements of federal oversight bodies.
Status: Preparing for State Expertise With the internal handover complete, INEX specialists are now compiling the final submission package for Glavgosexpertiza of Russia. This involves synchronizing technical drawings, explanatory notes, and cost estimates to ensure a smooth transition through the federal review process.
