Customer: Pharmaceutical enterprise "Veropharm"

INEX Group has reached the final technical stage in the delivery of a specialized production unit for the quality research of pharmaceutical drugs and substances for Veropharm LLC (an Abbott company).

With the mechanical installation of all specialized equipment now successfully completed, INEX engineers have officially transitioned to the commissioning and start-up (C&SU) phase. This critical period involves the rigorous testing of integrated systems to ensure they function as a unified environment.

Achieving Project Parameters: The current focus is on "fine-tuning" the facility to meet the precise technical specifications defined in the project documentation. Key activities include:

  • System Balancing: Adjusting HVAC and climate control units to achieve stable temperature and humidity gradients.

  • Control Logic Validation: Verifying that automated systems respond accurately to sensor data and safety protocols.

  • Performance Verification: Monitoring the facility's transition to its steady-state "project parameters" to ensure long-term reliability for pharmaceutical stability and quality studies.

The successful transition from installation to commissioning is a testament to the seamless coordination between the INEX engineering team and the technical staff at Veropharm.
