Customer: Pharmaceutical enterprise "Veropharm"
INEX Group has launched a specialized redevelopment project for the cleanroom complex at the Veropharm (Abbott) production site. The core objective is to design and install high-performance cleanroom environments tailored specifically for the non-sterile filling of pharmaceutical drugs and substances.
Unlike "greenfield" projects, this redevelopment requires a sophisticated approach to optimization. INEX engineers must integrate new architectural solutions with the facility's existing structural constraints, installed machinery, and established technological workflows.
Current Project Progress & Engineering Analysis: The project is currently in the active analysis and coordination phase. Significant milestones achieved include:
-
Layout Optimization: Internal approvals have been finalized for the revised floor plan, which now includes optimized evacuation routes and the strategic placement of pass-through hatches (transfer windows) to maintain pressure differentials.
-
Fire Safety Classification: Data regarding operational shifts and material loads have been processed to calculate specific fire hazard categories for the production zones.
-
Technology Integration: INEX has completed a deep-dive analysis of the Client's production technology to adapt existing equipment into the updated technical documentation.
-
Material & Personnel Flow: Refined planning ensures that the movement of raw materials and staff minimizes the risk of cross-contamination, even in a non-sterile production context.
Engineering Synergy: By working closely with Veropharm’s technical departments, INEX is ensuring that the transition from the old layout to the new "Cleanroom Complex" (КЧП) occurs with minimal disruption to the overall plant logistics.
