Construction of a Prefabricated Modular Building for a Thermal Disinfection and Decontamination Station for Pathogenicity Groups III–IV Effluents

Work is actively progressing on the wastewater decontamination project for the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Zabaikalsky Reference Center of Rosselkhoznadzor" in Chita. Following the successful completion of the design and factory manufacturing stages, the INEX R&D and production division is preparing for the on-site installation of the UTOS-6000 thermal decontamination system.

The UTOS-6000 is an in-house innovation by INEX, specifically engineered to meet the sophisticated challenges of modern bio-hazardous waste management. This model integrates several unique technical solutions, making it a highly sought-after technology in the Russian laboratory market for high-containment infrastructure.

Technical Advantages of the UTOS-6000 System:

• Energy Efficiency (Recuperation): The system utilizes advanced heat recuperators that recycle thermal energy, reducing total power consumption by up to 30%.

• Non-Contact Pumping: Sterilization integrity is maintained through specialized pumps designed for non-contact operation with pathogenic media, eliminating the risk of seal leaks or external contamination.

• Next-Generation SIP (Sterilization-In-Place): Features a newly designed SIP-washing module for automated, high-efficiency cleaning and sterilization of the internal circuits.

• "Overkill" Sterilization Regime: The system operates at $142 \pm 2^{\circ}\text{C}$ at a pressure of 6.0 Bar with a standard exposure time of 90 minutes. Both temperature and time are fully adjustable to meet specific laboratory protocols.

• Material Integrity: All components in direct contact with the effluent are fabricated from high-grade stainless steel to ensure corrosion resistance and biological inertness.

Biosafety and Reliability:
