The UTOS-1 wastewater decontamination unit, developed by the research and production division of INEX, has successfully passed certification tests. The UNOS-1 decontamination station is a set of equipment that provides collection, disinfection, cooling and discharge of treated wastewater into external sewerage networks.

As part of the certification tests, the following blocks of checking the uninterrupted operation of systems were performed:

• Factory acceptance tests (Fat (Factory Acceptance Test). Acceptance tests include verification of all equipment parameters: compliance of the installation with the technical description; availability of certificates (instrumentation, GMP, etc.) and equipment compliance with these certificates; equipment appearance, dimensions, PID ; mechanical verification of all instruments; verification of electronic components; output of test results; determination of reading error For reference: FAT reports can be used as additional IQ or OQ documents, or as reference when assembling the equipment after delivery.
• Checking the correctness of the installation, the compliance of the installation of the system with the documentation - drawings, specifications, technical requirements, etc. The correctness of the delivery, installation and documentation of the system was checked as part of the installation qualification (IQ)
• Verified the correctness of the basic functions of the system under test and software in the process of performance evaluation (OQ). OQ - qualification of operation, verification of equipment performance.

The UTOS-1 decontamination system is modern Russian equipment designed and built by specialists from the research and production department of the INEX Company. The wastewater decontamination unit UTOS-1 is assembled from Russian units and components. This model fully complies with the requirements of the state program of import substitution at Russian enterprises and industries.

The wastewater decontamination unit UTOS-6000 is fully assembled from Russian units and components. The inex company has completely switched to import substitution of the equipment used.
