Construction of a Prefabricated Modular Building for a Thermal Disinfection and Decontamination Station for Pathogenicity Groups III–IV Effluents

The engineering team at INEX has successfully completed the development of project and estimate documentation (PSD) for the capital repair of the first floor of the laboratory-vivarium building at the Federal Centre for Animal Health (FGBU "ARRIAH").

This specialized project focuses on creating a high-tech Aquaculture Disease Reference Laboratory, complete with a dedicated aquarium base. The facility is designed to support critical federal research into the health and safety of aquatic biological resources.

Expert Support and Regulatory Compliance: The documentation has been prepared specifically to meet the stringent requirements of federal oversight. Currently, INEX specialists are conducting detailed technical adjustments and final coordination of the project files to ensure a seamless submission to the Federal Autonomous Institution "Glavgosexpertiza of Russia."

• Life Support Systems for Aquaculture: Integration of specialized water treatment, filtration, and climate control systems necessary for maintaining an aquarium base.

• Laboratory Biosafety: Ensuring the layout and ventilation systems prevent cross-contamination in accordance with reference laboratory standards.

• Financial Accuracy: Development of detailed cost estimates (Smeta) to undergo federal validation of "estimated cost accuracy."
