Construction of a Prefabricated Modular Building for a Thermal Disinfection and Decontamination Station for Pathogenicity Groups III–IV Effluents
15.03.2022
The Production Department of INEX Group has officially commenced the serial industrial manufacturing of the UNOS-1-100EM, a state-of-the-art wastewater decontamination system developed entirely in-house.
The UNOS-1-100EM is a specialized unit designed for continuous thermal treatment of laboratory and industrial effluents. It is specifically engineered for small-scale laboratories or production sites with a total daily wastewater discharge not exceeding 1,000 liters. This system provides a turnkey solution for the collection, sterilization, cooling, and safe discharge of contaminated liquids into municipal sewer networks.
Technical Efficiency and Performance:
The station operates on a high-temperature electric heating principle. To ensure the complete neutralization of Pathogenic Biological Agents (PBA), the system maintains a rigorous sterilization regime:
-
Sterilization Temperature: $143 \pm 2^{\circ}\text{C}$
-
Operating Pressure: $0.6\text{ MPa}$
Key Economic and Operational Features:
-
Energy Recovery: The system achieves high efficiency by using sterile, treated wastewater to pre-heat incoming contaminated media via a heat exchange circuit.
-
Thermal Insulation: Heat loss is minimized through advanced insulation of the heater, the holding vessel (retention module), and the piping sections.
-
Continuous Operation: Unlike batch systems, the continuous flow design allows for a smaller physical footprint while maintaining high throughput.
Biosafety Compliance:
The UNOS-1-100EM is designed to deactivate pathogens across Groups I–IV of pathogenicity. It fully complies with the strict requirements of SanPiN 3.3686-21 ("Sanitary and Epidemiological Requirements for the Prevention of Infectious Diseases"), making it an essential component for BSL-3 and BSL-4 laboratory infrastructure.
