The INEX production division has commenced the manufacturing of proprietary airtight isolation dampers (hermetic valves) in both rectangular and circular cross-sections. Engineered for systems with operating pressures up to 600 Pa, these dampers are critical components for the reliable isolation of specific cleanroom zones from the external environment or for sectionalizing internal laboratory compartments.

Technical Specifications & Operation: The KG-600 series is designed for use in standard ventilation environments, handling air free of mechanical impurities, fibers, or adhesive substances.

  • Operating Environment: Temperatures ranging from -10°C to +50°C with relative humidity levels up to 98%.

  • Drive Mechanisms: Available in both electric and manual configurations to suit different facility safety protocols.

Electric Actuation & Fail-Safe Logic: The electrically driven model operates with a two-position "Open/Closed" logic.

  • Spring-Return Function: In the "Open" position, the electric drive engages a return spring. Upon power loss or signal termination, the spring automatically forces the damper into the "Closed" position.

  • Airtight Integrity: The hermetic seal is achieved by the spring's mechanical force, which presses the damper blade's specialized gasket against the flange's support rim.

Manual Configuration: For installations requiring independent operation, the manual version features a robust lever handle. The design ensures that the force exerted by a single operator is sufficient to achieve a high-integrity hermetic seal, providing a reliable failsafe for critical ventilation ducts.
