Customer: Pharmaceutical enterprise "Veropharm"

INEX Group has officially finalized the installation and commissioning of a specialized production unit for the quality research of pharmaceutical drugs and substances at Veropharm (an Abbott company). This unit is dedicated to Stability Chambers, critical environments where pharmaceutical products are tested under controlled conditions to determine shelf life and storage integrity.

The project was executed as a comprehensive, turnkey solution, transforming existing site areas into high-precision research zones.

Scope of Services Delivered:

  • Engineering Surveys: Detailed assessment of the existing facility infrastructure to support reconstruction.

  • Specialized Design: Engineering the stability chambers to maintain strict temperature and humidity tolerances according to ICH (International Council for Harmonisation) guidelines.

  • Regulatory Approval: Preparation and successful passage of the necessary expert reviews for the reconstructed site.

  • Installation & Commissioning: Full mechanical assembly and startup of the climate control and monitoring systems.

Collaborative Success: Upon system startup, INEX specialists and Veropharm representatives conducted a final inspection of the production areas. This phase included detailed technical consultations to ensure the facility’s seamless integration into the plant’s quality control ecosystem and to discuss future infrastructure developments.
