Construction of a Prefabricated Modular Building for a Thermal Disinfection and Decontamination Station for Pathogenicity Groups III–IV Effluents

17.06.2022

Customer: The Federal State Budgetary Institution "Zabaikalsky Reference Center of Rosselkhoznadzor"

The Production Department of INEX Group has successfully fulfilled a specialized order for the manufacturing and delivery of pass-through boxes (transfer hatches) for the Zabaikalsky Reference Center of Rosselkhoznadzor.

Pass-through boxes are critical for the operational integrity of cleanrooms and biocontainment labs. They allow for the safe transfer of items between rooms of different cleanliness classes or biological hazard levels without compromising the sterile environment. By acting as a hermetic buffer, these units maintain differential pressure and prevent air turbulence between zones.

Custom Engineering Specifications: For this project, INEX manufactured 13 specialized units (totaling 800 kg) engineered to withstand rigorous disinfection protocols and laboratory use:

  • Interior Lining: High-grade AISI 430 stainless steel with a mirror finish for maximum decontamination efficiency.

  • External Cladding: 4 mm composite aluminum panels with a durable polymer coating.

  • Structural Frame: Heavy-duty 6063 T5 aluminum profile.

  • Aesthetic Finish: Door frames coated in RAL 9003 (Signal White) powder enamel.

  • Visibility & Safety: Dual-pane M1 grade glass (4 mm thickness) providing clear visibility into the chamber.

The order was delivered on schedule, reinforcing INEX’s capability to provide essential cleanroom components for federal agricultural and veterinary security institutions.

Technical Standards

These units are designed to meet the mechanical and hygienic requirements of:

  • ISO 14644 (GOST R ISO 14644): Ensuring the structural integrity of the cleanroom barrier.

  • GMP Standards: Facilitating material transfer in pharmaceutical and biological research environments.

  • SanPiN 3.3686-21: Supporting the isolation requirements for laboratory settings.
