Construction of a Prefabricated Modular Building for a Thermal Disinfection and Decontamination Station for Pathogenicity Groups III–IV Effluents
24.06.2022
Customer: OOO "Amplitek"
As part of a comprehensive capital renovation project, INEX Group has officially commissioned a state-of-the-art PCR Laboratory for Amplitech LLC in Moscow (1st Kuryanovskaya St.). The project involved a full lifecycle of engineering services, from the development of working documentation to the procurement of specialized technological equipment and final installation.
Advanced Molecular Diagnostics: The new facility is designed for high-precision research using nucleic acid amplification methods (NAT). The laboratory is engineered to handle materials containing—or suspected of containing—Pathogenic Biological Agents (PBA) of Groups III-IV.
Engineering & Compliance Highlights:
-
Zoning & Workflow: To prevent cross-contamination (amplicon carryover), the laboratory features a strict unidirectional workflow and pressure cascading.
-
Specialized Systems: Integrated engineering systems and equipment were installed to meet the rigorous requirements of SanPiN 3.3686-21, governing the prevention of infectious diseases.
-
GLP Standards: The production laboratory fully complies with the Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) rules of the Eurasian Economic Union, ensuring the reliability and integrity of diagnostic data.
Regulatory Validation: The successful commissioning was based on a positive Sanitary-Epidemiological Expert Conclusion issued by Rospotrebnadzor. During the expert evaluation phase, INEX specialists demonstrated high adaptability by refining project documentation and planning solutions to align perfectly with the latest federal safety requirements.
The Amplitech PCR laboratory is now fully operational, strengthening the regional infrastructure for molecular diagnostics and infectious disease monitoring.
Regulatory Compliance (RF)
This facility was developed and validated under the following regulatory framework:
-
SanPiN 3.3686-21: "Sanitary and Epidemiological Requirements for the Prevention of Infectious Diseases" (The core standard for PBA Groups III-IV).
-
EAEU GLP: Rules of Good Laboratory Practice, ensuring international-standard research quality.
-
GOST R ISO 14644: Governing air cleanliness and controlled environments.
-
SP 158.13330.2014: Federal design and construction codes for medical and diagnostic buildings.
