Construction of a Prefabricated Modular Building for a Thermal Disinfection and Decontamination Station for Pathogenicity Groups III–IV Effluents

As part of the cleanroom infrastructure development for the Zabaikalsky Reference Center of Rosselkhoznadzor in Chita, INEX has successfully designed, manufactured, and delivered specialized cleanroom door systems. These units are critical for maintaining the pressure differentials and sterility required in federal testing and reference laboratories.

Technical Specifications: To ensure maximum hermetic sealing and chemical resistance, the door systems were engineered with the following high-grade materials:

• Frame & Binding: Constructed from 6063 T5 aluminum profile, finished with RAL 9003 powder coating for superior durability and ease of disinfection.

• Hardware: Equipped with FURAL PDP-2 dual-card bearing hinges and APECS stainless steel lever handles, designed for high-frequency use in sterile environments.

• Sealing Technology: Features an automatic drop-down threshold (seal) to ensure airtightness when closed, preventing cross-contamination between laboratory zones.

• Filling & Glazing:

• Transparent sections: Double-glazed M1 grade glass (4 mm thickness).

• Solid sections: Double composite sheets with a polymer coating (4 mm thickness).

• Core: KNAUF Insulation for thermal and acoustic shielding.

• Scale of Supply: The total weight of the shipment reached 1,800 kg, reflecting the robust industrial nature of the structural components.

The supplied doors were manufactured and validated in accordance with:

• ISO 14644-4 (GOST R ISO 14644-4): Requirements for the design and construction of cleanroom openings and airlocks.

• EAEU GMP Standards: Ensuring smooth, non-porous surfaces that resist bacterial growth and withstand aggressive decontamination agents.

• Fire Safety Regulations: Meeting the mandatory integrity standards for industrial laboratory facilities.
