Construction of a Prefabricated Modular Building for a Thermal Disinfection and Decontamination Station for Pathogenicity Groups III–IV Effluents

The purpose of this work is to develop a project for a PCR laboratory for the Moscow State Academy of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology named after K.I. Scriabin.
It is necessary to develop a working design in all sections (AR, KR, TX, OV, VK, EOM, PB, etc.), coordinate planning decisions and laboratory equipment, and estimates. Next, the INEX division will begin installation work.
On the basis of the designed section of the building, it is planned to organize research and educational activities with the involvement of leading scientists from the Moscow State Academy of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology named after K.I. Scriabin in this field of activity.
PCR laboratories equipped with engineering systems and equipment that meet the requirements of SanPiN 3.3686-21 “Sanitary rules and norms Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for the prevention of infectious diseases”, MU 1.3.2569-09 Guidelines “Organization of the work of laboratories using methods of nucleic acid amplification for work with material containing microorganisms of III-IV pathogenicity groups”, GOST 14644 (Clean rooms and associated controlled environments) will fully comply with the regulatory documentation of the Russian Federation and GLP (Rules of Good Laboratory Practice of the Eurasian Economic Union GOOD LABORATORY PRACTICE).
After passing a sanitary and epidemiological examination with the involvement of specialists from Rospotrebnadzor of the Russian Federation and receiving a positive conclusion, this facility is expected to be put into operation.
