INEX has launched a full-cycle project for the development of a state-of-the-art PCR Laboratory for the Moscow State Academy of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology named after K.I. Skryabin (MGAVMiB). This facility is designed to become a hub for high-level scientific research and educational activities, involving leading experts in veterinary medicine and biotechnology.
The project encompasses a comprehensive scope of "turnkey" services, including the development of all detailed engineering sections:
-
AR & KR: Architectural and structural solutions.
-
TX: Technological processes and laboratory equipment selection.
-
OV & VK: Specialized HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and water/sewerage systems.
-
EOM & PB: Electrical engineering and fire safety systems.
Engineering for Safety and Precision: The PCR laboratory is engineered to handle biological materials containing microorganisms of Hazard Groups III–IV. Key technical features include:
-
Contamination Control: Design in accordance with ISO 14644 standards for cleanrooms to prevent cross-contamination between amplification stages.
-
Specialized HVAC: Maintaining pressure differentials and air filtration to ensure an aseptic environment.
-
Regulatory Alignment: Full compliance with SanPiN 3.3686-21 and MU 1.3.2569-09 (Guidelines for nucleic acid amplification laboratories).
Following the design phase, the INEX construction division will proceed with the installation and outfitting works. The project concludes with a mandatory sanitary-epidemiological expertise by Rospotrebnadzor to secure the final operational permit.
Regulatory Compliance (RF and EAEU) The laboratory is designed to meet the highest national and international benchmarks:
-
EAEU GLP (Good Laboratory Practice): Ensuring the quality and integrity of research data.
-
SanPiN 3.3686-21: National requirements for the prevention of infectious diseases.
-
ISO 14644 (Series): International standards for controlled environments.
