Construction of a Prefabricated Modular Building for a Thermal Disinfection and Decontamination Station for Pathogenicity Groups III–IV Effluents

On October 17, 2023, INEX and VIPS-MED Firm LLC signed a new agreement to expand their engineering collaboration. Building on a track record of successful joint projects, INEX has been commissioned to develop additional sections of detailed engineering documentation for a production and warehouse building.

The project is dedicated to the manufacturing of the drug "BAR-VIPS" and is designed to meet international Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. The total design area for this phase covers approximately 900 sq.m.

Project Milestones:

• Architectural Phase: On October 24, 2023, the architectural and structural drawings were submitted to the Customer for approval.

• External Utilities: On November 2, 2023, the documentation for external water supply and sewerage networks (NVK) was finalized and submitted for coordination with Mosvodokanal (Moscow Water Utility).

This project underscores INEX's ability to provide comprehensive engineering support, from internal cleanroom architecture to complex external utility networks, ensuring that high-tech pharmaceutical sites are fully integrated with urban infrastructure while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

Regulatory Framework The development of the documentation for VIPS-MED is carried out in accordance with:

• EAEU Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP): Ensuring international quality standards for drug production.

• National Construction Codes (SP and SNiP): Regarding industrial safety and utility network integration.

• SanPiN 2.1.3684-21: Governing sanitary requirements for water supply and wastewater management.
