16.09.2019

Customer: FSBI Federal Center for Animal Health

INEX Group continues its long-standing partnership with federal institutions in the field of veterinary science and biotechnology. The latest project involves a major capital renovation for the Federal Centre for Animal Health (FGBI "ARRIAH") at their headquarters in Vladimir.

The focus of this project is the Laboratory-Vivarium Block No. 2, specifically the modernization of ventilation systems and internal laboratory structures within axes 8-16 and A-G. INEX is responsible for developing the complete design and estimate documentation, as well as executing the complex engineering required to bring these spaces into full compliance with international GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and national biosafety regulations (SP 1.3.2322-08).

Specialized Facilities Under Development: The renovated block will house high-containment research areas and production-support laboratories, including:

  • Avian Disease Prevention Laboratory: Focused on viral and bacterial monitoring in poultry.

  • Bovine Vaccine Sector: Part of the laboratory for the prevention of swine and cattle diseases.

  • Epizootiology and Monitoring Laboratory: For the tracking and analysis of infectious disease outbreaks.

Engineering Excellence & Timelines: To meet the client's strategic goals for 2020, the project is being executed on an accelerated timeline. A key engineering challenge involves the complete replacement of the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) infrastructure to ensure precision pressure gradients and high-efficiency HEPA filtration—critical for preventing the cross-contamination of animal pathogens between the research zones and the external environment.
