Customer: FSBI Federal Center for Animal Health
In early 2020, INEX Group initiated a high-complexity project for the Federal Centre for Animal Health (FGBI "ARRIAH") in Vladimir. This facility, a leading global authority in veterinary science and viral disease control, requires the highest level of precision in its engineering infrastructure. The project centers on the creation of a centralized SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system to monitor and control critical laboratory environments.
Phase 1: Diagnostic and Algorithmic Development The project began with a rigorous documentation audit followed by a visual and instrumental on-site inspection. INEX specialists produced a comprehensive technical report detailing the current state of existing engineering networks. Based on this data, custom control algorithms were developed and approved to ensure the seamless automation of the facility's complex technical systems.
Phase 2: Integration and Real-Time Visualization By April 2020, the team successfully integrated the laboratory’s engineering equipment into a unified dispatching system. Key achievements include:
-
Centralized Control: Routing all technical data streams to a single control room.
-
Process Analysis: As of late May, the system allows for deep analysis of operational data reflected in the SCADA interface.
-
Visualization: Custom HMI (Human-Machine Interface) dashboards were created to provide dispatchers with intuitive, real-time visual representations of environmental parameters.
A milestone meeting in late May resulted in an official protocol confirming the successful completion of the intermediate phase and the high accuracy of the data being reported by the system.
