Construction of a Prefabricated Modular Building for a Thermal Disinfection and Decontamination Station for Pathogenicity Groups III–IV Effluents

INEX Group has commenced a high-priority project for the Pharmzaschita Research and Production Center (FMBA of Russia). The contract involves the design, modernization, installation, and full validation of a cleanroom module and its supporting technical infrastructure. The facility, located at Vashutinskoe Highway 11 in Khimki, will house a sophisticated production line for Solid Dosage Forms (SDF).

Preliminary Engineering & Design: In April 2020, a specialized team of INEX engineers conducted an on-site visual and instrumental audit of the existing facility. This assessment focused on the structural characteristics of the building and the capacity of existing utility networks to support high-purity environments.

Following the audit, critical sections of the project documentation were finalized and approved by the Client:

• Technological Solutions (TX): Optimizing equipment placement and material/personnel flows to meet GMP requirements.

• General Ventilation (OV): Designing the core air-handling architecture to support the cleanroom’s specific pressure cascades.

Current Status: The project is proceeding strictly according to the approved schedule. Having completed the initial design phase, the team is now preparing the site for the reception of materials and the commencement of general construction and engineering installation works.
