The system is constructed as a self-contained skid, featuring a dual-tank setup for washing solutions and rinsing water. • Dual-Tank System: Two 120-liter vessels (Working pressure up to 3 bar) for detergent and water storage.

• Heating System: Integrated steam heat exchanger for rapid temperature adjustment up to +85°C.

• High-Performance Pumps: Equipped with two centrifugal pumps (Supply and Return) to ensure turbulent flow and two peristaltic pumps for precise chemical dosing.

• Chemical Management: Dedicated supply bottles for acid and alkali dosing, fully integrated into the automation logic.

• Advanced Instrumentation: Real-time monitoring of temperature, pressure, and conductivity to verify the presence or absence of cleaning agents.
