CIP station (in mobile version)

CIP station (in mobile version)

The Mobile CIP Station is a highly maneuverable, automated system designed for the "Clean-in-Place" sanitation of fermenters, process vessels, and transfer piping. Engineered for flexibility, this mobile unit is capable of executing user-defined cleaning programs for equipment volumes ranging from 20 to 250 liters, making it an ideal choice for pilot plants, R&D labs, and small-scale pharmaceutical production.

The system is constructed as a self-contained skid, featuring a dual-tank setup for washing solutions and rinsing water. By utilizing automated cycles, the station ensures a repeatable, validated cleaning process that eliminates the risk of cross-contamination without requiring the disassembly of the target production equipment.

Technical Configuration and Components

  • Dual-Tank System: Two 120-liter vessels (Working pressure up to 3 bar) for detergent and water storage.

  • Heating System: Integrated steam heat exchanger for rapid temperature adjustment up to +85°C.

  • High-Performance Pumps: Equipped with two centrifugal pumps (Supply and Return) to ensure turbulent flow and two peristaltic pumps for precise chemical dosing.

  • Chemical Management: Dedicated supply bottles for acid and alkali dosing, fully integrated into the automation logic.

  • Advanced Instrumentation: Real-time monitoring of temperature, pressure, and conductivity to verify the presence or absence of cleaning agents.

Scope of Supply

  • Mobile Skid Unit: Compact frame with heavy-duty casters for easy relocation.

  • Technological Piping: Fully welded orbital piping manifold.

  • Local Control System: PLC-based controller with a high-resolution HMI for recipe management and monitoring.

Standard Requirements and Materials

The equipment adheres to strict pharmaceutical standards to ensure durability and sanitation:

  • Product Contact Parts: Stainless Steel AISI 316L.

  • Non-Contact Parts: Stainless Steel AISI 304.

  • Surface Finish: High-precision polishing with a roughness of Ra ≤ 0.8 μm.

  • Automation: Fully automated sequences with manual override capabilities.
