Construction of a Prefabricated Modular Building for a Thermal Disinfection and Decontamination Station for Pathogenicity Groups III–IV Effluents

20.10.2020

Customer: OOO «CKK Biolife»

INEX Group is currently executing a large-scale redevelopment of the 6th and 7th floors within the Mosmedpark Technopark (Moscow, 1-ya Kuryanovskaya St.). This project, commissioned by CQC Biolife LLC, transforms non-residential space into a multifunctional scientific hub comprising a microbiological analysis laboratory, a physicochemical laboratory, a vivarium, and supporting administrative offices.

Following the contract signing in early 2020, the project moved rapidly from "Detailed Design" (Working Documentation) to active on-site construction.

Construction & Engineering Milestones: By September 2020, the project reached several critical milestones:

  • Utility Infrastructure: Installation of all engineering networks was successfully completed.

  • Cleanroom Envelopes: Assembly of specialized cleanroom structures—consisting of gypsum-metal panels on a frame subsystem—has commenced.

  • Proprietary Hardware: Installation of medical-grade and fire-resistant doors, manufactured in-house by INEX, is currently underway.

Quality Control & Compliance: On September 15, 2020, a strategic site audit was conducted to ensure that the ongoing construction strictly aligns with the approved design documentation. This internal audit focused on a comparative analysis of design blueprints versus "as-built" execution schemes to maintain total regulatory compliance.

Biosafety & Sterilization Equipment: To support operations in the "contaminated" zones of the facility, specialized heavy equipment has been delivered and integrated:

  • Vivarium: Installation of a high-capacity 300L pass-through autoclave.

  • Microbiology Lab: Installation of a 100L pass-through autoclave. These units are essential for maintaining the biological barrier, allowing for the safe inactivation of waste and materials before they exit high-containment areas.
