Construction of a Prefabricated Modular Building for a Thermal Disinfection and Decontamination Station for Pathogenicity Groups III–IV Effluents

On October 12–13, 2021, the CEO and the Head of the Process Engineering Group from INEX (Project Consult LLC) conducted a high-level strategic mission to the Federal State Enterprise "Armavir Biological Factory" in the Krasnodar Region.

The primary objective of this visit was to present and finalize the architectural and technological planning solutions for the facility's large-scale reconstruction. Through intensive collaborative sessions with the factory’s technical specialists, INEX successfully secured the Client's approval for the layouts of the following critical assets:

• Main Production Building (GPK): Detailed approval of the ground floor ($0.000$ elevation) and the technical/upper level ($+18.000$ elevation).

• The Cattle Facility (Volovnya): Optimized planning for large-animal biological housing.

• The Vivarium: Specialized layouts designed to meet modern laboratory animal welfare and biosafety standards.

A Foundation for Federal Compliance:

The approval of these layouts is a cornerstone for the project, as they define the flow of personnel, materials, and biological agents across the site. By finalizing the $0.000$ and $+18.000$ elevations, INEX ensures that the production workflows are perfectly synchronized with the heavy utility systems and HVAC infrastructure required for vaccine and biological manufacturing.
