Construction of a Prefabricated Modular Building for a Thermal Disinfection and Decontamination Station for Pathogenicity Groups III–IV Effluents

Following a series of strategic site missions and the final approval of the Design Assignment, INEX Group has successfully concluded the intensive design phase for the "Reconstruction of Federal State Enterprise Armavir Biological Factory" in the Krasnodar Region.

Throughout December and January, our engineering teams conducted high-intensity development based on comprehensive technical surveys of three critical site assets: the Main Production Building (GPK), the Cattle Facility (Volovnya), and the Vivarium.

Key Accomplishments in this Phase:

• Technological Solutions (TX): Complete development of the TX sections for the production building, cattle facility, and vivarium. These solutions optimize the specialized workflows required for the large-scale manufacturing of veterinary biologicals.

• Engineering Surveys: Integration of structural and site survey data into the final blueprints to ensure the feasibility of the planned reconstruction.

• Project & Estimate Documentation (PSD): Finalization of the financial and technical package, officially accepted by the Client via the Signed Acceptance Act.

• Regulatory Readiness: The project has entered the final preparation stage for submission to the Federal Autonomous Institution "Glavgosexpertiza of Russia" for state review.

A Specialized Federal Asset: The Armavir Biological Factory is a key element of Russia’s veterinary biosecurity infrastructure. The technological solutions implemented by INEX are designed to bring the facility’s output and safety protocols in line with modern federal and international standards for biological manufacturing.
