Customer: Binnopharm JSC
The engineering and design phase for the Binnopharm JSC microbiological laboratory has reached a significant milestone. This facility is strategically designed to perform critical quality control for Finished Dosage Forms (FDF), focusing on sterility and microbiological purity.
The design of this cleanroom environment is governed by specific technological requirements aimed at ensuring the safety and efficacy of pharmaceutical products:
-
Sterility Testing: Evaluation of finished drugs and primary packaging materials for total microbial absence.
-
Contamination Monitoring: Continuous checking for microbial contamination of cleanroom air, equipment surfaces, specialized clothing, and personnel hands.
-
Primary Packaging Validation: Ensuring that containers in direct contact with the drug meet rigorous purity standards.
Project Progress & Technical Documentation: At this stage, INEX has successfully coordinated the fundamental Architectural (AR) and Technological (TX) solutions with the Client. These designs serve as the blueprint for the laboratory's operational flow and structural integrity.
Key achievements include:
-
Working Documentation Albums: Finalization of the TX and AR albums, detailing room classifications and equipment placement.
-
Inter-departmental Coordination: Formalization of technical tasks and work plans for adjacent engineering departments (HVAC, Electrical, and Automation).
-
Compliance Integration: Every solution has been verified against federal and international benchmarks.
