Customer: Pharmaceutical enterprise "Veropharm"
Following the successful completion and approval of the detailed working documentation, INEX Group has officially transitioned to the on-site installation phase for the Stability Testing Unit at the Veropharm (Abbott) pharmaceutical plant.
Stability testing is a critical component of pharmaceutical quality control, designed to determine how the quality of a drug substance or medicinal product changes over time under the influence of environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, and light. To ensure the integrity of these long-term studies, the project integrates a comprehensive "turnkey" engineering approach.
Comprehensive Project Scope: The reconstruction involves a full technological cycle of design and installation, including:
-
Architecture & Construction: Specialized cleanroom partitions and volume-planning solutions for controlled environments.
-
HVAC & Climate Control: Advanced heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems capable of maintaining strict tolerances for long-term studies.
-
Specialized Automation: Implementation of a sophisticated control system for real-time monitoring of critical environmental parameters, essential for regulatory data integrity.
-
Utility Integration: Full-scale water supply, drainage, and sewerage systems tailored for laboratory requirements.
Collaborative Execution: The installation is being carried out in close coordination with Veropharm’s technical specialists. Regular on-site consultations allow for the rapid selection of specialized technical solutions and real-time detailing of engineering interfaces. This proactive collaboration ensures that the project remains on schedule while meeting the rigorous operational demands of the pharmaceutical facility.
