Customer: FKP "Armavir Biofabrika"
Engineering specialists from INEX are actively managing the State Expert Review (Gosexpertiza) process for the large-scale reconstruction of the Armavir Biological Factory (FKP). As a critical federal asset for veterinary medicine production, the project requires the highest level of engineering, biological safety, and financial validation.
The project is currently moving through the "Expert Support" (Экспертное сопровождение) phase—a dynamic regulatory format that allows for real-time documentation updates and continuous dialogue with federal auditors.

Current Project Milestones:
-
Positive Conclusion for Technological Solutions (TX): A major technical milestone has been achieved. The expert commission has officially approved the Technological Solutions section, confirming that the designed production lines and cleanroom workflows comply with all federal biosafety and manufacturing standards.
-
Entry Control & Documentation Revision: Following the initial audit by Glavgosexpertiza of Russia, INEX successfully addressed consolidated comments and completed the re-upload of corrected project documentation and engineering survey results.
-
Financial & Budgetary Coordination: The project is currently awaiting a final decision from the Ministry of Construction (Minstroy) of the Russian Federation regarding the "Facility Financing" section.
-
Cost Estimate Validation: Work is ongoing to finalize the verification of the "estimated cost validity" (достоверность сметной стоимости) to ensure the project meets federal pricing and budgetary guidelines.
