The strategic reconstruction of the Armavir Biological Factory (Progress settlement, Krasnodar Region) has reached a pivotal regulatory milestone. The comprehensive project and estimate documentation, along with the results of engineering surveys developed by INEX, have successfully passed initial entry control at the Federal Autonomous Institution "Glavgosexpertiza of Russia."

Current Status & Scope: Following the successful audit of the documentation, the main contract with Glavgosexpertiza has been officially signed. This phase is critical as it includes:

• Engineering Survey Validation: Confirming the technical viability of the site for large-scale bio-industrial reconstruction.

• Cost Estimate Verification: A rigorous review of the "Estimated Cost Validity" (Достоверность сметной стоимости) to ensure budget transparency and compliance with federal pricing standards.

• Technical Compliance: Alignment of the design with national safety, fire, and structural codes.
