Construction of a Prefabricated Modular Building for a Thermal Disinfection and Decontamination Station for Pathogenicity Groups III–IV Effluents

The strategic reconstruction project for the Armavir Biological Factory (Novokubansky District, Krasnodar Territory) has moved into the active review phase with the federal regulatory body. The Federal Autonomous Institution "Glavgosexpertiza of Russia" has completed its initial "entry control" of the project documentation and results of engineering surveys.

As a result of this comprehensive audit, consolidated comments (сводные замечания) have been issued. These comments cover several critical areas of the project:

• Engineering Survey Results: Verification of the geological and environmental data foundational to the reconstruction.

• Project Documentation: Structural and technological solutions designed for the biological facility.

• Cost Estimation (Lump Sum Estimates): A rigorous check of the "estimated cost validity" (достоверность сметной стоимости) to ensure the project meets federal budgetary guidelines.

Active Revision Phase: The INEX Project Department is currently finalizing the documentation in strict accordance with the expert's feedback. This phase is a standard and vital part of the federal approval process for large-scale industrial sites. By addressing these consolidated comments, INEX ensures that the final design is not only technically superior but also fully aligned with the most recent legal and financial requirements for federal state-owned enterprises (FKP).

The Armavir Biofactory remains one of Russia's key institutions for veterinary biological products, and this modernization is essential for maintaining national biosecurity standards.
