Construction of a Prefabricated Modular Building for a Thermal Disinfection and Decontamination Station for Pathogenicity Groups III–IV Effluents

09.11.2022

Customer: JSC "Shchelkovo Agrokhim"

A specialized engineering team from INEX has conducted an on-site technical audit and comprehensive survey of the production facilities at JSC Schelkovo Agrokhim.

Currently, the project is in the active development phase for a specialized unit focused on the purification of technical pharmaceutical substances. The additional technical survey was initiated to verify existing site conditions and utility interfaces, which is essential for the immediate commencement of cleanroom (CHPP) structural installation.

The audit focused on several key engineering aspects:

  • Structural Integrity: Assessing the load-bearing capacity of floors and ceilings for cleanroom panel integration.

  • Utility Routing: Identifying optimal connection points for HVAC, specialized gases, and water treatment systems.

  • Logistics and Workflow: Planning the entry points for oversized equipment and materials to ensure a streamlined installation process without disrupting existing site operations.

This proactive audit allows our engineers to mitigate risks at the early stages, ensuring that the installation phase adheres to the strict timelines required by the customer.

Regulatory Compliance (RF)

The technical audit and subsequent engineering works are performed in accordance with:

  • ISO 14644-4: Cleanrooms and associated controlled environments — Part 4: Design, construction, and start-up.

  • SP 1.13130.2020: Fire safety requirements for the protection of industrial facilities.

  • EAEU GMP Standards: Ensuring the production environment is designed to maintain the required purity levels for pharmaceutical substances.
