Construction of a Prefabricated Modular Building for a Thermal Disinfection and Decontamination Station for Pathogenicity Groups III–IV Effluents

On October 16, 2023, INEX and JSC Schelkovo Agrokhim signed a new contract, marking a further expansion of their long-standing partnership. The project involves the development of detailed engineering for a Finished Goods Warehouse located within the company's manufacturing site in Shchelkovo, Moscow Region.

The warehouse is specifically designed to handle pharmaceutical products and provides segregated storage for:

• Finished pharmaceutical products.

• Products under quarantine.

• Rejected materials.

• Returned goods.

Technical Standards and Storage Logic: The facility is engineered to comply with GOST R 52249-2009 (Rules for the Production and Quality Control of Medicinal Products) and global GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines. Key features include:

• Climate Control: Automated systems maintaining a temperature below +25°C and humidity levels up to 60%.

• Storage Systems: 2-to-4-tier racking arranged in rows to ensure full selectivity of stored materials.

• Smart Labeling: Implementation of color-coding for status identification, allowing for efficient inventory management without excessive physical relocation.

• Controlled Zones: Dedicated areas for reception, control, storage, returns, and rejected items.

• Biosecurity: Special attention is paid to advanced deratization and pest control protocols.

Project Progress: On November 8, 2023, the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) engineering section was submitted to the Customer for approval.
