Construction of a Prefabricated Modular Building for a Thermal Disinfection and Decontamination Station for Pathogenicity Groups III–IV Effluents

The successful partnership between INEX Group and the Armavir Biological Factory (FKP Armavir Biofactory) continues to grow. Following a two-year track record of collaboration, a new agreement has been signed to develop the Detailed Engineering Documentation for a production unit dedicated to non-sterile veterinary medicinal products.

In late October 2023, the engineering team from the "Project Consult" division (part of the INEX group) conducted an on-site mission to the factory in Progress, Krasnodar Territory. The project involves organizing a manufacturing suite on the second floor of the existing "Clinic No. 4" facility, covering a total design area of 600 sq.m.

Production Scope and Technical Agenda: The new unit will focus on a diverse range of non-sterile solutions in both plastic and glass vials for the veterinary and livestock sectors, including:

• Anti-inflammatory solutions and coccidiostats.

• Specialized veterinary shampoos and ear drops.

• Acaricidal "spot-on" drops for animal welfare.

During the high-level meeting with factory management and technical heads, several critical engineering aspects were addressed:

• Risk Analysis for Multi-Product Lines: Strategies to manage risk during the simultaneous or sequential production of different formulations on a shared line.

• Flow Logistics: Designing the layout for personnel, raw materials, and finished goods to ensure GMP compliance.

• Utility Infrastructure: Assessing the facility’s power and energy capacity to support the new technological equipment.

• Staffing and Auxiliary Support: Planning for personnel transition zones, material storage, and laboratory support areas.

Project Status: Following the site visit and formal signing of the contract, the INEX design team has already developed and submitted the initial floor plan and layout for the non-sterile filling unit. This proposal is currently under review by the Customer for comments and final adjustments before proceeding to the next stage of technical design.

Regulatory Compliance (RF and EAEU) The engineering solutions for the Armavir project are developed in accordance with:

• EAEU Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP): (EEC Decision No. 77) — with a focus on preventing cross-contamination in multi-product facilities.

• SanPiN 3.3686-21: Regarding sanitary-epidemiological safety and infectious disease prevention.

• SanPiN 2.1.3684-21: Governing the operation of industrial buildings and engineering systems.
