The successful cooperation between INEX and the Armavir Biological Factory has been going on for more than 2 years.
On October 24, 2023, specialists from Project Consult LLC went on a business trip to the Armavir biofactory.
A production meeting was held with the management of the biofactory and the heads of the relevant services of the enterprise.
The production of non-sterile solutions is planned to be organized on the 2nd floor of the existing clinic No. 4.
Production range - non-sterile solutions in plastic and glass bottles for veterinary medicine and animal husbandry (anti-inflammatory solutions, shampoos, ear drops, acaricidal drops on the withers, solutions of coxidiostatics).
During the meeting, the production program, design assignment, organization of relevant areas in terms of risk analysis for the combined production of drugs on one line, a set of appropriate auxiliary premises, staffing, provision of the designed area with energy, selection of technological equipment, etc. were discussed.
Specialists from Project Consult LLC got acquainted with the site for organizing a site for the production of non-sterile solutions.
An agreement was signed for the development of working documentation for the facility “Production of non-sterile medicines in Clinic No. 4 at + 4.500”.
The total design area is 600 sq.m.

On the twentieth of October 2023, an off-site meeting was held on the territory of the customer, the Federal State Enterprise “Armavir Biofactory”, during which an agreement was signed and a decision was made to begin work on the development of working documentation for the facility “Production of non-sterile medicines in Clinic No. 4 at + 4.500.”
The total design area is 600 sq.m.
After returning from a business trip, specialists from Project Consult LLC developed a layout of the non-sterile bottling area for consideration, issuing comments and observations.
