INEX Group is currently executing a comprehensive redevelopment project for CQC Biolife LLC within the Mosmedpark Technopark (Moscow). This ambitious project involves transforming non-residential space into a sophisticated scientific facility comprising a microbiological analysis laboratory, a physicochemical laboratory, and a dedicated vivarium.
The project initiated in early 2020 with the development of the "Working Documentation" (Stage RD). This phase was critical for aligning the architectural layout with the complex environmental requirements of biological research.
Phase 1 Completion: Demolition and Preparation Following the formal handover of the construction site, INEX specialists executed a rapid and precise preparation phase:
-
Demolition Works: Started in late March 2020 and were fully completed by early May. This included the removal of non-structural partitions and legacy utility systems.
-
Structural Assessment: A technical report was compiled to account for the building's specific structural nuances, ensuring the floors can support specialized lab equipment.
-
Site Handover: The site has been professionally dedusted and prepared for the next critical stage—the installation of high-tech engineering networks.
Technological Integration: The future facility will feature distinct atmospheric zones. The Microbiology Laboratory and Vivarium will require specialized pressure cascades and HEPA filtration to ensure biocontainment, while the Physicochemical Laboratory will be equipped with advanced fume extraction and chemical-resistant surfaces.
