The design experience, which is owned by a team of highly qualified specialists of the company, allows you to complete the entire technological chain of creating "turnkey" cleanrooms.

At the design stage, we carry out a pre-project inspection of the premises or the building intended for the integration of the cleanroom, and we prepare, together with the client, the technical task for the design of the cleanroom complex. Drawing up a detailed plan for the construction or reconstruction of a clean room includes a full range of technological design and engineering network design. At this stage, all the necessary executive documentation is also being developed.

At the production stage, INEX Company at its own facilities creates all building envelope systems, ensures the selection and supply of equipment for all engineering systems, including ventilation, air purification, water supply, automation, safety systems, etc. At this stage, trial assembly and testing of key structures and systems takes place clean room.

At the construction and installation stage, a clean room is assembled on site, equipped with the whole complex of necessary planned equipment, commissioning and pre-validation tests for compliance with the specified parameters and cleanliness class. There is a certification of all equipment at all stages - DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ.

Commissioning includes cleanroom equipment and the connection of all its systems to the automation and dispatching system (SCADA) - a universal system integrator.

After the commissioning of cleanroom complexes, INEX provides their warranty and post-warranty service.
