Particular attention to water quality is paid to enterprises producing printed circuit boards, integrated circuits, semiconductors, liquid crystal displays and microprocessors.
INEX has the ability for microelectronics enterprises to implement projects for systems for the production, storage and distribution of clean media at the highest level:
- deionized water with resistivity up to 18 MOhm*cm / ultrapure water
- compressed air
- inert gases (nitrogen, carbon dioxide, argon)
To meet the special requirements of microelectronics for the content of mechanical particles, organic substances and ionic composition in water, we use systems using high-purity inert polymer materials (natural polypropylene PP, polyvinylidene fluoride PVDF). Installation is carried out using automatic seamless (BCF) and infrared (IR) welding machines from AGRU (Austria).
As additional measures for ultrapure water storage and distribution systems, we carry out degassing, ultra- and submicron filtration, and also use a UV installation with a wavelength of 185 nm. In addition, to ensure the appropriate quality of deionized water, we use up-to-date control methods, including the determination of total organic carbon (TOC), resistivity and dissolved gases.
