The biosafety module is designed to provide reliable static and dynamic protection when creating airtight zones in which work with various biologically active components is carried out - in the first place - with microorganisms of varying degrees of pathogenicity. Biosafety modules are used in medical and scientific research, as well as in microbiological production of vaccines and serums.

The biosafety module provides a physical barrier between the module's internal space and the environment, the building structures of the receiving building and neighboring rooms. It must comply with the requirements of the current regulatory and administrative documentation governing architectural and planning decisions, interior decoration, the arrangement of internal engineering systems of premises for working with objects and materials containing or suspicious for the content of microorganisms of pathogenicity groups I-IV.

The design of each produced module and its equipment for working with pathogenic biological agents of I-IV pathogenicity groups can vary depending on the specific goals and objectives of each laboratory. The delivery to the consumer of the structure with a modular solution is carried out both by separate systems, nodes and blocks, and by finished container blocks.

Container clean rooms are designed and manufactured at our facility on the basis of experience in solving a number of problems, fully equipped with all necessary structural elements and equipment, meet the requirements of the highest international standards.

The prefabricated modular biosafety laboratories have a certified airflow control system, heating, ventilation and air conditioning system, PLC control system, are equipped with biosafety cabinets, autoclaves, Pass Box and other necessary equipment, ready for use with minimal on-site installation work.

INEX Modular Biosafety Laboratories are tested for quality of protection. After manufacturing, all technical zones and systems are assembled at the factory and pass factory acceptance tests to guarantee the customer the fine-tuning of all critical systems.
