Five countries that are considered campsites for terrorists could potentially have bases for the development and use of biological weapons. In the world there are about 1000 objects containing collections of pathogenic microorganisms and viruses. The intensification of extremist forces makes a real threat of bioterrorism using the smallpox virus, anthrax and other biological agents, which can lead to catastrophic consequences. 2020 showed how severe a massive epidemic of a new infection can be, even if it is not one of the most dangerous.

The key role in these matters is played by the ability to quickly deploy medical facilities and localization facilities in the foci of infection. These institutions include laboratories, hospitals, vaccination centers, etc. The deployment of the biosafety system is carried out, in particular, by military units. This ensures the efficiency and professionalism of such actions. A living example is the work of Russian military doctors in the outbreak of the coronavirus COVID-19 in northern Italy. There, the deployment of modular mobile hospitals and laboratories shipped from Russia saved many lives.

In this situation, the ability to prevent and eliminate serious consequences directly depends on providing military units and civilian medical organizations with everything they need - modular container clean rooms that can be quickly delivered and deployed in the outbreak, equipment, medical supplies and protective equipment.
