Purified Water (PW) and Water for Injection (WFI) Distribution

In the Purified Water (PW) and Water for Injection (WFI) distribution systems developed by INEX experts, absolute compliance with flow velocity, turbulence, and pipeline slope parameters is ensured. This allows for full system drainage and prevents the formation of stagnant zones ("dead legs").

Contamination Control and Material Specifications

To minimize the risk of microbiological contamination, our company utilizes ultraviolet disinfection methods, heat exchange equipment, pharmaceutical-grade stainless steel with minimal internal surface roughness ($Ra$), as well as hygienic diaphragm valves and other high-performance equipment.

Our experts incorporate sampling points before and after each water treatment stage, as well as in the storage and distribution systems for PW, WFI, and Pure Steam. Instrumentation and control devices are supplied with verification/calibration certificates.
