Microelectronics
High-Purity Media for Electronic Component Manufacturing
Water quality is of critical importance for enterprises manufacturing printed circuit boards (PCBs), integrated circuits (ICs), semiconductors, liquid crystal displays (LCDs), and microprocessors. INEX possesses the technical expertise to implement high-level projects for the generation, storage, and distribution of clean utilities for the microelectronics sector, including:
-
Deionized water with resistivity up to 18 MΩ·cm (Ultrapure Water / UPW)
-
Compressed air
-
Inert gases (Nitrogen, Carbon Dioxide, Argon)
Advanced Material Science and Installation Technologies
To meet the stringent requirements of the microelectronics industry regarding particulate matter, organic compounds, and ionic composition, we utilize systems constructed from high-purity inert polymer materials, such as Natural Polypropylene (PP) and Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF).
The installation is performed using automated Bead-and-Crevice-Free (BCF) and Infrared (IR) welding machines from AGRU (Austria). These methods ensure seamless joints, eliminating potential areas for particle accumulation and maintaining the integrity of the controlled environment.
Contamination Control and Analytical Monitoring
As supplementary measures for Ultrapure Water storage and distribution systems, we implement:
-
Degassing, ultra-filtration, and sub-micron filtration.
-
UV oxidation units with a 185 nm wavelength for organic reduction.
Furthermore, to ensure the consistent quality of deionized water, we employ advanced monitoring methods, including Total Organic Carbon (TOC) analysis, resistivity measurement, and dissolved gas analysis.
