Glass Bottle Filling Line
Glass Bottle Filling Line
The automatic filling and capping line for IV solutions in glass bottles is designed for the high-volume production of sterile liquid dosage forms in volumes ranging from 50 to 2000 ml (in compliance with GOST 10785-85, which regulates glass bottle volumes).
The line integrates bottle washing, sterilization and depyrogenation, high-precision solution dosing, capping, and final product inspection. This equipment ensures high productivity and process stability, fully complying with GMP requirements. It is suitable for the production of saline solutions, antibiotics, amino acids, fat emulsions, and other sterile infusion drugs.
Key Features and Construction
-
Materials: All product-contact components are manufactured from AISI 316L stainless steel, while the housing and non-contact surfaces are made of AISI 304.
-
Design: The structure is engineered for easy sanitization and long-term industrial operation.
-
Control System: A PLC-based system with a touchscreen HMI monitors filling parameters, controls line modules, and records production statistics.
-
Integration: The line can operate as a standalone unit or be integrated into a complete production system including leak detection, particulate inspection, labeling, and secondary packaging.
