  • Rotary Die-Cutting: High-speed shaping and sizing of the plasters (square, rectangular, circular, or contoured). Features roll-to-roll or roll-to-sheet cutting capabilities.
  • Drying and Conditioning: Integrated thermal zones for solvent evaporation or hot-melt stabilization, with strict humidity and temperature monitoring.
  • Advanced Quality Control: In-line inspection systems using photosensors and vision technology to verify adhesive uniformity, edge smoothness, and the absence of material defects.
  • Automated Packaging: Individual sealing into blisters, sterile sachets, or flow-packs. Includes moisture protection, automated marking, and batch date coding.
