The INEX Integrated Vial Line is a sophisticated solution engineered for the aseptic processing of liquid medicinal products in glass vials. By unifying four critical technological stages into a single continuous workflow, the line eliminates manual handling risks, prevents cross-contamination, and ensures 100% compliance with international GMP standards.

Core Technological Sections

1. Ultrasonic Washing Section (CLQ Series)

The process begins with a vertical ultrasonic washing machine featuring "diamond" bottle grippers and a continuous feed system.

  • 7-Stage Cleaning: A comprehensive sequence including recirculated water spray (internal/external), sterile air blowing, WFI (Water for Injection) rinsing, and a final sterile air purge.

  • Result: Pristine cleanliness for both internal and external vial surfaces.

2. Sterilization & Depyrogenation Tunnel (RSM Series)

Vials move through a laminar flow tunnel divided into three controlled zones: pre-heating, sterilization, and cooling.

  • High-Heat Treatment: Temperatures up to 320 °C with a dwell time exceeding 7 minutes ensure complete depyrogenation.

  • Maintenance: AISI 304 stainless steel housing and protective screens designed for easy sanitation.

3. Filling & Stoppering Section

Aseptic filling is performed under a local laminar flow hood to maintain Grade A conditions.

  • Precision Dosing: High-stability ceramic pumps ensure consistent volume control.

  • "Rotate-to-Insert" System: A specialized mechanism for the precise seating of rubber stoppers.

  • Smart Interlocks: "No Vial – No Filling" and "No Stopper – No Capping" sensors prevent product waste and machine downtime.

4. Aluminum Capping Section (KFG/FG Series)

The final stage secures the vial with an aluminum cap.

  • Clean Operation: Integrated vacuum suction removes aluminum swarf/shavings during the crimping process.

  • Advanced Control: Servo-driven movements synchronized via PLC with a user-friendly HMI touchscreen.
