Core Technological Sections
1. Ultrasonic Washing Section (CLQ Series)
The process begins with a vertical ultrasonic washing machine featuring "diamond" bottle grippers and a continuous feed system.

7-Stage Cleaning: A comprehensive sequence including recirculated water spray (internal/external), sterile air blowing, WFI (Water for Injection) rinsing, and a final sterile air purge.

2. Sterilization & Depyrogenation Tunnel (RSM Series)
Vials move through a laminar flow tunnel divided into three controlled zones: pre-heating, sterilization, and cooling.

High-Heat Treatment: Temperatures up to 320 °C with a dwell time exceeding 7 minutes ensure complete depyrogenation.

3. Filling & Stoppering Section
